Throughout my career I have spent most of my time surrounded by non-attorney professionals. And, the more time I spent around them, the clearer it become not only how overwhelming, confusing, and exasperating the legal system is, but how the “traditional legal services” available to entrepreneurs were not helping to mitigate those problems. The result being that entrepreneurs, and thus ingenuity, were harmed by problems that might otherwise have been avoided.
